Consultants

Ok, this is where we have have to be careful of compromising our (& HAL-PC's) non-profit status.
However, it seems to me that just listing the known consultants amongst us should be ok, I hope.   If it isn't, we can always move this out from the HLUG section of this site.

Consulting

Many of us are self-employed, or want to be.  Here is a spot to discuss running your own business, being your own boss, etc.

  1. Russell Adams -- our gracious host -- currently moving into self-employment, this site is part of that goal.
  2. Rick Archibald -- your not so humble writer -- self-employed for 30 years, but in income tax not computers.
  3. Steve Mussachia -- self-employed for over 10 years -- makes his living working on clients' systems.
  4. Willy Simmons -- self-employed for ?? years -- sells a database package dbops.  Also plays music professionally.
  5. Robert Spotswood -- self-employed for 3 years -- "Freelance Computer Support", doesn't do cables or much programming.
  6. John Lightsey -- truly self-employed -- but a one client shop.
There are probably others, let me know.
The numbering is arbitrary, solely for playing w/ a numbered list in TWiki.
