Seriously, Presbyopia is the medical term for aging eyes and the resulting "short arm" syndrome.
- Fun with Presbyopia:
- Can you say "Presbyopia"?
- Can you spell "Presbyopia"?
- Can you define "Presbyopia"?
- Do you have Presbyopia?
- (Are your arms too short?)

Getting Opera is easy —
- Go to the Opera Download page:
- At the Website www.opera.com, click "Download"
- Or go directly to one of the Download pages:
- Pick your Java Option:
- Non-Java, the default, is probably fine
- But consider installing real Sun Java on your machine
- "Choose" a download location — the default is probably fine
Simtel, and its confusion, is gone
but I still often use one of the Western European sites
- Click the "Download Now" button.
During the ver. 4 presentation, we noticed that Simtel is no longer the default; in fact, it is no longer offered as choice at all. A great improvement. With this change, there is very little reason to change the default behavior.
Okay, you clicked the "Download Now" button; now what? Mostly, it depends on your current browser
& your operating system (OS). In general, you must tell them (the browser & OS) to:
- Save, not open, the file
- Pick an appropriate spot on your hard disk
- Give the final go-ahead
Let's get an up-to-date copy for this machine.
