Manual Registration

All HAL-PC & HLUG members or associates who want an account are welcome here.*
You must be registered in order to be able to edit or create anything.
(This is roughly the same as the ability to "post".)
We offer two methods for registering:

In person: Self-explanatory
E-mail: Please e-mail us giving the following:
1. Your real name, first & last (nick names ok)
2. Your permanent password
3. A personal reference
  - If we already know you, that's cool
  - Your HAL-PC membership number (if you have one)
  - The name of a mutual friend (e.g. HLUG or HAL-PC member)
  - If we have met, but you think we may not remember, refresh our memory
  - If none of the above work, tell us a little about yourself -- how you found us & why you want to join. We're open, Hey if you turn out to be an undesirable, we can always blacklist you later.

Your WikiName will be your name as a "Wiki Word": FirstLastname
- JohnDoe
- MickeyMouse ®
- or even JRandomLuser
The password you send is permanent, carved in stone (well, silicon anyway),
and cannot be changed from your browser
We aren't trying to unfriendly or snobbish, we just don't want any anonymous
lusers, trolls, or flamers here.*
